I have a new toy to help my quest to better health. My daughter sent me a fitbit and now we challenge each other with it. I will be awesome by the time she comes from Bozeman, Montana to Georgia in July.

Sometimes I really have a hard time with technology. It drives me crazy to think that my grandchildren can push a couple of buttons and fix any computer problem and I go through hoops trying to figure it out. You may ask why I don't let them fix it for me.
Well they live 6 hours away and I want to look like the cool grandmother that can do just about anything.

Mother's Day

It has been a wonderful day. My daughter served me breakfast in bed and I got to sleep in until 7:15 am.
I am ready to work on my craft designs and I finally got my sewing room together. I never realized how much stuff I actually made and how much more stuff is waiting to be created. I hope to get alot more done now that things are more organized so watch for me on Esty and Ebay by the end of May.

This is What happens when you send too much time on Pinterest

Surgery is scheduled for June 10th. I am thankful things will get back to normal soon and I can get my act together. The weather may be a little rainy and even a little cold but it's better than being up north.

Jaime and I went to Holly's birthday party. Jessica, Holly's mom, Made a really cute cake..pix to come. The girls are getting so big and so smart. It wasn't so long ago that they were little girls. I can't wait to see the rest of our grandchildren to see how big they got.
Today is my first dr, visit for my asthma and I hope I can be cleared for surgery on my nose. It will make a world of difference. The down side right now is the effect that the steroids have on my weight. I will control it.

I'm back and it's about time. I started pulling out the crafty things I have made and now I am overwhelmed with stuff. I will be here every day uploading the things I've made and have made a commitment to myself to sell on facebook, esty and ebay. We have alot of toys that need a new home too.
My writing has taken a back seat to all the stuff that has gone on in my life and it's time to get back on track. "gossip speak" is my daughter's new name for all the stories I tell the family and it's time to share it with the world. I love the fact that I can make them laugh at my childhood stuff and share how things were back in the day.
Since Cecil passed back in October 2014 it's been really hard to catch up with my thoughts. We talk about him and all his stories about his life and I wish I recorded them. They were sweet and filled with alot of history. Life is really short and his death was so unexpected that it hit hard and hurt badly.
Things are going to be awesome for the rest of 2015 and I plan to be an active part of my history and life.
